Content Manager , altamente creativa y motivada para unirse a nuestra equipo. El candidato ideal será responsable de generar ideas innovadoras y contenido atractivo, con excelentes habilidades de escritura y dominio del lenguaje, ortografía y gramática. Este rol incluye la planificación y coordinación de múltiples proyectos, así como la producción y edición de contenido multimedia utilizando diversas herramientas. Además, el Content Manager debe estar al tanto de las tendencias actuales en la industria y poseer habilidades interpersonales excepcionales para colaborar eficazmente con otros departamentos.Creación y Gestión de Contenidos:Generar ideas innovadoras y contenido atractivo para diversas plataformas.
Escribir, editar y revisar contenido con excelente dominio del lenguaje, ortografía y gramática.
Crear guiones para influencers y contenido propio y de clientes utilizando software como Canva y Adobe Creative Suite.
Estrategia y Marketing Digital:Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing digital, incluyendo SEO, SEM y estrategias de redes sociales.
Utilizar herramientas de analítica web para evaluar el rendimiento del contenido y ajustar estrategias en consecuencia.
Mantenerse actualizado con las tendencias actuales en relaciones públicas y comunicación.
Producción y Edición Multimedia:Producir, postproducir y editar videos utilizando herramientas como CapCut, Adobe Premiere y After Effects.
Asegurar la alta calidad de los materiales audiovisuales y su alineación con los objetivos de la campaña.
Gestión de Proyectos:Planificar y coordinar múltiples proyectos con diferentes equipos, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y objetivos.
Gestionar el calendario editorial y supervisar la producción de contenido para garantizar la consistencia y relevancia.
Colaboración y Comunicación:Trabajar estrechamente con otros departamentos para garantizar la coherencia del mensaje y la integración de las estrategias.
Interpretar datos y métricas para mejorar el contenido y optimizar las campañas.
Desarrollar relaciones efectivas con stakeholders internos y externos para asegurar el éxito de las iniciativas de contenido.
Publicación y Gestión de Contenidos en Redes Sociales:Publicar y gestionar contenidos en las redes sociales de la agencia y de sus clientes.
Supervisar y gestionar las comunidades en redes sociales, fomentando la interacción y el compromiso.
Monitorear y responder a comentarios y mensajes en redes sociales, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva y oportuna.
Análisis de Métricas y Creación de Reportes:Realizar análisis cuantitativos y cualitativos de las métricas de contenido y redes sociales.
Crear reportes detallados sobre el rendimiento del contenido y las campañas en redes sociales.
Utilizar insights obtenidos de los análisis para ajustar y mejorar las estrategias de contenido.
Presentar los reportes e insights a la gerencia y a los clientes de manera clara y comprensible.
Requisitos
Título universitario en Comunicación, Marketing, Publicidad, Periodismo o campo relacionado.
Experiencia mínima de 3 años en roles similares dentro de una agencia de relaciones públicas o comunicación.
Conocimiento profundo en marketing digital, incluyendo SEO, SEM y estrategias de redes sociales.
Competencia en herramientas de analítica web (e.g., Google Analytics).
Habilidades técnicas en producción y edición de videos (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
Dominio de herramientas de diseño gráfico y creación de contenido (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Excelentes habilidades de escritura y comunicación.
Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y capacidad para coordinar múltiples tareas.
Conocimiento de la industria y comprensión de las tendencias actuales en relaciones públicas y comunicación.
Creatividad y capacidad para generar contenido innovador.
Habilidades de análisis y capacidad para interpretar datos.
Fuertes habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

RequirementsIdentificar y seleccionar Influencers: Identificar y seleccionar influencers relevantes dentro del nicho o industria de la empresa. Evaluar su autenticidad, alcance y relevancia, alineándolos con los objetivos de la marca. Establecer relaciones: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con influencers a través de diversos canales, como correo electrónico y redes sociales, asegurando una comunicación efectiva y coherente. Negociar y gestionar contratos: Negociar términos y condiciones para colaboraciones, elaborar contratos claros y detallados y garantizar su cumplimiento. Desarrollar estrategias de contenido: Colaborar con influencers en la creación de contenido relevante y atractivo, supervisar su producción y distribución. Realizar seguimiento y análisis: Realizar seguimiento del rendimiento de las colaboraciones, analizar datos para evaluar el impacto de las campañas y optimizar futuras estrategias. Mantenerse actualizado: Mantenerse al tanto de las últimas tendencias y prácticas en marketing de influencers, adaptar continuamente las estrategias en función de los cambios del mercado. Coordinar entrega de productos: Coordinar la entrega de productos entre influencers, managers y la marca, asegurando una planificación eficiente y la gestión de reportes periódicos. Experiencia laboral comprobada de 1 a 2 años en Agencias de Publicidad, Relaciones públicas o Marketing Digital. Formación en Marketing Digital, Publicidad y Marketing. Experiencia en el manejo efectivo de software de gestión de proyectos, como Asana, Zoho, Jira u otros. Noción básica de producción audiovisual. Habilidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de horarios de publicación de influencers. Destreza en redacción creativa. Familiaridad con las tendencias del mercado y habilidades en marketing. Competencia en la gestión eficiente del calendario interno. Adaptabilidad a entornos de trabajo dinámicos. Disponibilidad de tiempo para trabajar fines de semana en caso de requerirse o en horarios fuera de oficina para coordinarse con Influences. Disponibilidad para viajar.
