It is committed to fostering a results-driven environment with a focus on growth and innovation. Job Description Partner with sales teams to align HR strategies with business goals. Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. Provide guidance on performance management and employee development. Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement employee engagement programmes. Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness. Facilitate training sessions to enhance skills and competencies within the sales teams. Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR-related matters. The Successful Applicant A successful HRBP Sales should have: 3-8 Years of experience (Only relevant candidates will be shortlisted, so please apply accordingly) A degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of HR practices and policies within the Pharma Distribution space . Ability to work effectively with sales teams and senior leadership. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in analysing HR data and presenting actionable insights. Experience in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
