We are looking for a Senior Manager Compliance in the HR function. The role key responsibility is to ensure our company adheres to legal standards with respect to statutory compliance (labour laws) and in-house policies. Responsible for enforcing labour regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters to ensure the organizational vision of achieving 100% compliances.
Key accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesCheck and ensure the contractors are adhering to statutory obligations. Conduct periodical audits to achieve better compliance scores and compliance adherence.Handle various statutory committees and work group, redress various grievances in consultation with Legal team.Identify the needs and improvise the welfare amenities to the Business partner employees to achieve conducive work environment.Strive to create awareness among the employees and workforce on Labour laws and benefits.Periodic review of various procedures, add innovative ideas to ensure we follow law of the land by 100%.Stakeholder management - with various statutory bodies i.e. EPFO, Labour Department, WC Commissioner, Emp Exchange, DGMS to achieve tangible results.Maintain relations with local community for effective handling of work group grievances.Responsible for handling Time Office and Attendance Management systems from Rajasthan for all Cairn locations.Partnering with Access Control team for efficient and single point access control including the attendance monitoringResponsible for the maintenance and timely submission of all statutory registers/returns/ reports / Challans (payments) to relevant statutory authorities under various applicable laws on timeTo ensure all documentation is accurately completed in the case of a LTI, under various applicable laws and related statutory authorities.Exposure in handling cases under Industrial Dispute, PF, ESI, and various labour laws.Liaison expertise, Letter writing and coordination skills among the team, business partners, govt. authorities, client etc.
