Job description Key Responsibility Area: (Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent) o Develop and maintain complex financial reports using Oracle FRS, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.  o Utilize Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) for ad-hoc reporting and analytics to assist business users in decision-making, including score cards and modeling.  o Collaborate with IT and business finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities, implement new functionalities, and optimize financial processes and reporting frameworks.  o Design and develop analytics products and services, using advanced analytical techniques and tools such as SQL and Excel.  o Provide leadership and support to the analytics team, offer training on FRS and OTBI tools, and managing day-to-day activities.  o Work closely with clients, providing analytics and advisory services, and actively participate in special project assignments.  o Develop models and use analytics for refined data capturing and analysis, continuously updating rules and procedures to optimize results.  o Provide insights and recommendationsto senior management, helping to deliver on business goals and commitments.  Eligibility Criteria: (Skill set required to do the job- Knowledge, Tools, Technical Knowledge, Certifications etc.) o Proven expertise and practical experience with Oracle FRS and OTBI, along with familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion – Finance Module.  o Experience as Oracle Functional Consultant with focus on Finance module and instantiating OTBI reports desirable. Should have been involved in at least two full-scale implementations of Finance with OTBI.  o Deep understanding of financial reporting principles and best practices.  o Skilled in SQL for data manipulation and proficient in visualization tools such as OBIEE or Tableau/ PowerBI.  o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA. o Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and their practical applications, including regression analysis and statistical testing.  o Certificationsin Oracle applications are highly desirable.  o Beneficial to have a foundational or practical knowledge of Machine Learning & AI, as well as experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. BEHAVIORAL SKILLS: (Attitude, Aptitude and Abilities)  o Experience articulating and translating business questionsto analytical solutions.  o Ability to handle and structure analysis independently.  o Comfortable with numerical and quantitative calculations and analysis.  o Excellent attention to details, high output accuracy and out-of-box thinking to bring in innovative approaches to problems/issues in data processing.  o Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills
