PositionOverview: As a Human ResourceBusiness Partner (HRBP) at InstaVeritas you will play a pivotalrole in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to driveorganizational success. KeyResponsibilities:

StrategicHR Planning: Develop andimplement HR strategies aligned with the companys goals andobjectives. Collaborate with senior management to identify HRpriorities and initiatives that support organizationalgrowth.

EmployeeRelations: Act as a trustedadvisor to employees and management on HRrelated matters. Addressemployee concerns conflicts and grievances in a fair and timelymanner. Promote a positive work culture and foster employeeengagement and morale.

TalentAcquisition: Partner with hiringmanagers to fulfill staffing needs and attract top talent. Developrecruitment strategies participate in the hiring process and ensurea smooth onboarding experience for newemployees.

PerformanceManagement: Implementperformance management processes to drive employee productivity anddevelopment. Provide guidance and support to managers onperformance evaluations goal setting and performance improvementplans.

Learning andDevelopment: Identify trainingand development needs across the organization. Collaborate withdepartmental leaders to design and deliver training programs thatenhance employee skills andcapabilities.

HRCompliance: Stay abreast oflabor laws regulations and industry best practices. Ensure HRpolicies and procedures comply with legal requirements and companystandards. Conduct periodic audits to monitor compliance andmitigate risks.

EmployeeBenefits and Compensation: Manage employee benefits programs including healthinsurance retirement plans and other perks. Review and benchmarkcompensation practices to ensure competitiveness andequity.

HR Metrics andReporting: Track HR metrics andanalyze data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs andinitiatives. Prepare reports and presentations for seniormanagement to facilitate informeddecisionmaking.

Qualifications:

Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield. Master s degree or HR certificationpreferred.

Proven experience as anHRBP or HR generalist preferably in the technology or servicesindustry.

Indepth knowledge of HRprinciples practices and employmentlaws.

Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to build relationships at alllevels of the organization.
