The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience with QuickBooks , and excellent communication skills to coordinate with international clients. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily bookkeeping tasks for US clients Record financial transactions including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and journal entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports Ensure accuracy and compliance with US accounting standards Maintain and organize financial records using QuickBooks Communicate with clients and internal teams regarding documentation and clarifications Qualifications & Requirements: M.Com / ICWA / CMA / Inter CA / CPA Minimum 2+ years of experience in US bookkeeping Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines .
