  • Process Mapping & identifying non value addingactivities from detailed time study determine New Standard manHours cycle time reduction Value Stream Mapping etc.
  • Calculate Monitor & analyse Monthly Production loadGenerate MIS for the Division.
  • Fixturedesigning as per the requirement.
  • Identify& reduce the NVAs.
