Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Relationship Executive at Jaguar Navnit Motors in Mumbai. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, handling business relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining client relations on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Client Relations skills
  • Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
  • Experience in maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
