About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative
Mechatronics Engineer
to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and integration of electro-mechanical systems. You will work at the intersection of
mechanical engineering, electronics, control systems, and software
, supporting new product development and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and integrate
    mechatronic systems
    involving sensors, actuators, motors, embedded controllers, and mechanical components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electronics, software, manufacturing) to build robust, high-performance systems.
  • Develop control algorithms and implement them using
    PLC, microcontrollers, or embedded platforms
    .
  • Conduct system-level testing and troubleshooting of prototypes and production systems.
  • Select appropriate components (motors, sensors, drives, controllers) and validate their performance through simulations and testing.
  • Create and maintain documentation including design specifications, wiring diagrams, BOMs, and test procedures.
  • Ensure products meet performance, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Support field testing, commissioning, and technical support activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Mechatronics Engineering
    , or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in
    mechatronics system design, integration, and validation
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    mechanical design
    ,
    sensor technologies
    ,
    embedded systems
    , and
    control systems
    .
  • Proficiency in tools such as
    SolidWorks, MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, AutoCAD, or EPLAN
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    microcontrollers
    ,
    PLC programming
    ,
    motor control (servo/stepper/BLDC)
    , and
    embedded electronics
    .
  • Familiarity with communication protocols like
    CAN, I2C, SPI, Modbus, Ethernet
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Experience in
    robotics, automation, industrial machinery, medical devices

    automotive systems
    .
  • Knowledge of
    IoT integration
    or
    Industry 4.0 technologies

  • Exposure to
