About the Role

JLT Works is urgently hiring Outbound Calling Associates for our Amazon Seller Onboarding Process. This is a great opportunity for freshers and motivated individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer engagement and telecalling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential sellers for Amazon onboarding.

  • Explain the benefits of joining Amazon's seller platform.

  • Collect, verify, and update seller details in compliance with onboarding guidelines.

  • Maintain accurate logs of all communications and follow-up actions.

  • Coordinate with senior team members to ensure smooth onboarding of sellers.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Graduates preferred)

  • Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling is a plus

  • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)

  • Skills:

o Strong verbal communication

o Basic computer and typing skills

o Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Details

  • Process: Amazon Seller Onboarding / Lead Generation

  • Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM
