Job Description
As a Lead Generation Executive, you play a pivotal role in our sales process by identifying and engaging potential clients for our sales team. Utilizing your exceptional communication skills, you will establish rapport with customers, acquire sales leads through various channels, and coordinate with our sales and marketing teams to ensure effective campaign strategies. This role requires a proactive approach, impeccable communication abilities, and a keen eye for identifying promising leads.
Key Responsibilities:
– Establish rapport and foster positive relationships with customers and clients.
– Acquire potential sales leads and their contact details from diverse channels, including social media, client referrals and online platforms.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to integrate leads into effective campaigns.
– Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales prospecting database or CRM, ensuring accuracy of information.
– Follow up with leads through email, SMS, and phone calls to nurture relationships and facilitate conversions.
– Conduct research on market trends, customer needs, and industry best practices to inform lead generation strategies.
– Develop and implement criteria for qualifying leads and monitor conversion rates accordingly.
– Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the sales process.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as an Appointment Setter or Lead Generation Executive, preferably with international clients.
– Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
– Proficiency in lead generation software and online marketing channels.
– Familiarity with current technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP.
– Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
– Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
– Exceptional phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
– Tech-savvy with a proactive attitude towards learning new tools and technologies.
