Manager - Integration Lead

Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Key Responsibilities Responsible for leading integration efforts across various systems, ensuring seamless data exchange, and driving successful implementation of integration solutions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective integration solutions. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust integration architecture that ensure the efficient collection, storage, and retrieval of data. Establish and enforce integration policies to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security, thereby maintaining high data quality standards. Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, analysts, and BI professionals, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data engineers, data analysts, and developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth and high performance. Data Governance and Compliance: Establish/ Practice robust data governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and industry standards, safeguarding the integrity and confidentiality of organizational data. Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders across various departments to understand their data needs and challenges and delivering tailored data solutions. Innovation and Technology Adoption: Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and BI analytics, driving the adoption of innovative tools and methodologies that enhance the organization’s data capabilities. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize data processes, systems, and analytics tools to improve performance, reduce costs, and ensure the reliability and accuracy of data outputs. Skills Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in end-to-end integration projects related to ERP and other systems. Oversee integration and seamless flow of data between ERP and other applications and provide continuous improvement. Should have deep understanding of ESB/ API/ Cloud integration and middleware platforms etc. Deep understanding of messaging and security protocols, integration patterns etc.... Experience in designing Secure Architecture for integrating enterprise application. Understanding and knowledge of ETL/ELT processes Hands on experience in building data lake, data warehouse, data integration, data extraction, ingestion. Knowledge of PL SQL, Python Exposure to GCP, tools like BigQuery, DataProc, CDF and hands-on experience in using various cloud service to integrate systems. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to align data initiatives with business goals and solve complex problems to deliver value through data-driven insights. Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on innovation and efficiency. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes, leveraging integration technologies. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor a team of diverse team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives effectively. Experience 8+ years of experience in, Integration framework, IT Project Management, Team management Industry Preferred Automotive Industry especially in Supply Chain (planning tools) or Product development domain (PLM tools) Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
