Marketing Strategy & CampaignsSupport the planning, designing and execution of marketing campaigns across social media (, Instagram, You Tube) and digital platforms.Assist in content marketing, influencer outreach, and community engagement initiatives.Track campaign performance, analyze engagement metrics, and provide creative insights for optimization.Contribute to brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging strategies.???? Graphic Design & Marketing CollateralsCreate marketing creatives, ads, presentations, newsletters, reports, and event materials.Design infographics, illustrations, and branded templates to communicate ideas effectively.Support UI/UX needs for campaign landing pages and digital outreach.Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and campaigns.???? AI Integration & InnovationUse AI tools (Canva AI, Runway, Mid Journey, Chat GPT prompts, etc.) to generate campaign assets and optimize design workflows.Experiment with AI-based campaign ideation, creative automation, and marketing analytics.Stay updated on digital marketing + AI trends to bring innovative ideas.???? Collaboration & PlanningWork with internal teams to understand marketing requirements.Plan deliverables to align with campaign timelines.Contribute to the development of visual identities and branded campaigns for A4 G, VONG, and Omysha programs.Qualifications & SkillsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.Knowledge of digital marketing concepts: content strategy, audience targeting, campaign tracking.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and branding.Experience in video editing, motion graphics, and campaign creatives.Familiarity with AI-powered creative & marketing tools.Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Portfolio showcasing both marketing collaterals (ads, campaigns) and creative design/video work.Duration & StipendDuration: 6 Months (Monday to Saturday)- 6 Days working in a weekStipend Structure:Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 monthsRs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and aboveRs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6, subject to a performance rating of 4/5 and aboveThe above stipend amounts are for a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investmentPerks & Benefits:Flexible work timingLetter of Recommendation (LOR) for high performersCertificate of ExperienceAbout Us:Omysha Foundation has promoted the AI for Good (A4 G) Impact Collaborative and the VONG Movement.Interning at Omysha, the organization behind the powerful youth-led movements VONG and A4 G, is not your typical internship—it’s a launchpad for changemakers.
