About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer with expertise in manufacturing and POS module development . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Odoo platform to meet business requirements effectively. You will work closely with our technical and business teams to customize and enhance Odoo functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, customize, and implement Odoo modules with a specific focus on manufacturing and POS functionalities.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Enhance existing Odoo modules and create new modules as per the business needs.
  • Integrate Odoo with third-party tools and services, ensuring seamless operation across systems.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the Odoo platform.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure high performance and quality in development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and provide optimal Odoo solutions.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users when required.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development .
  • Strong expertise in Odoo’s Manufacturing and Point of Sale (POS) modules.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Odoo’s ORM and framework.
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
  • Experience with Odoo deployment, version control (Git), and module migrations.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for Odoo UI customizations.
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in integrating Odoo with external APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Odoo certification or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in multi-company or multi-warehouse setups.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Exposure to ERP implementations in manufacturing or retail industries .
