Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Executive at Sahakar Global Ltd. in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for tasks such as legal document preparation, providing legal support, and assisting the legal team and will report to the Legal Head.
Work with the Legal team across group companies
Drafting/Vetting of agreements such as leave and License, lease, partnership agreements, supplementary agreements, redevelopment/development agreements, sale agreements, partnership agreements, JV/LLP agreements, financial agreements, etc.
Work along with internal stakeholders, business and finance teams for all company related projects
Contract management (including drafting vetting and execution of agreements and management of the contract database)
Draft/Review letters/notices/ replies to Govt. authorities, partners, and concerned stakeholders
Drafting/reviewing all other documents related to company projects
Conduct legal research and perform case searches, investigate various areas of laws and regulations with quick turnaround time
Conduct due diligence and prepare title search reports of properties related to redevelopment and construction projects
Disputes/Litigation management (support the company in its litigation/arbitration matters and manage/prepare litigation tracker/MIS/reports)
Work along with external counsels/advocates/law firms/consultants on litigation and arbitration matters of the company  and attend court matters of the company as and when required.
Required Candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Team player with open mindset to learn and unlearn as per the requirement
Strong ethical mindset with non-negotiable work ethics
Strong attention to details and legal acumen
Ability to work under pressure and within the turnaround time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in the real estate, and toll/user fee collection industry is a plus
Willing to travel
