The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to identify and address skill and learning challenges. Utilize advanced learning consulting skills to diagnose issues and develop tailored learning strategies. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and overseeing all aspects of learning projects and programs. Evaluate metrics and reports to provide insights for strategic decisions on learning initiatives. Serve as an intermediary with learning pillars to ensure the delivery of products and services. Manage a team that supports the Kyndryl Practices and Functions: Consult, Applications Data & AI, Cloud, Core Enterprise & zCloud, Digital Workplace, Network & Edge, Security & Resiliency.

Required Technical & professional Expertise:

Change Management and Communications Learning and Development Organizational Development People Data Analytics Project Management Talent Management Business Understanding Consulting Min. 10 plus years of work experience

Preferred Technical & Professional Expertise:

Education: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
