Company Description:-BJS Home Delivery is an independently owned, family business based in Wednesbury with a mission to provide the best two-man home delivery service in the UK. All our Delivery Teams are extensively trained at our on-site Training Academy to provide excellent customer service as ambassadors of our retail clients’ brands. We are constantly improving our standard of service and striving to become the best in the industry.

Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.Ensure the responsiveness and performance of applications across various devices and browsers.Work closely with the backend development team to integrate front-end components seamlessly.Utilize version control systems, particularly Git, for configuration management and branch creation.Implement and maintain best practices for front-end development, ensuring code quality and scalability.Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues to optimize the performance of applications.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, and incorporate them into projects when applicable.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with 5+ years of hands-on development using React.In-depth knowledge of React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.Strong understanding of Git for version control, including configuration and branch creation.Familiarity with Angular or other front-end frameworks is a plus.Experience in responsive design and mobile-first development.Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
