Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts (vouchers, ledgers, journals, bank reconciliation, etc.).
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice generation, vendor payments, and customer follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers, bank reconciliation statements, and cash flow records. Prepare and update daily cash/expense reports and petty cash handling.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
  • Maintain and update records of GST, TDS, Return Filling.

· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all financial transactions and documents.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors for audits and queries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity of financial information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
