Conduct a detailed need analysis to engage with the customer• Position OEM products according to the identified need of the customer• Perform the six step demo process highlighting the benefits of the product to the customer and also comparing with competition• Address all questions/objection by the customer and involve Team Leader in case not able to address the questions• Conduct the test drive for each customer as per the standards defined• Explain and market the various value added services available to the customer including benefits, process and timelines; negotiate and finalize the deal• Conduct lead qualification and update the green form accordingly• Generate quotation for the customer based on his requirements as per prevalent schemes/offers• Guide the customer on the financing options, RTO process, insurance, booking amountAchievement of Monthly Bookings, Retail and Accessories Target.
