The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable backend solutions, tuning performance, and delivering reliable modules in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance Web APIs using .NET Core . Implement optimized data access layers using Dapper ORM . Write and tune PL/SQL queries , stored procedures, and functions. Improve backend architecture focusing on performance & scalability . Collaborate with product, UI, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setup. Participate in code reviews , debugging, and performance analysis. Required Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (6/7/8) and C# . Proven experience building RESTful Web APIs . Dapper ORM (Mandatory) – query mapping and performance optimization. Strong working knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle / SQL Server) including indexing & query tuning. Familiarity with Git / Azure DevOps for version control & pipelines. Understanding of microservices concepts is an advantage.
