Role OverviewFood Whisperer is a fast-growing food brand focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, scaling operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.Key Responsibilities- Strategic Operations Management- Manage operations across all kitchens, outlets, and delivery zones.- Develop and execute expansion strategies and scalable systems.- Team Leadership- Lead cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery, customer service, and support.- Implement performance metrics and drive accountability.- Customer Experience & Quality Control- Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and service standards.- Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement.- Supply Chain & Inventory- Oversee procurement, vendor relations, inventory control, and logistics.- Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage.- Financial Management- Monitor P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability.- Forecast budgets and report performance metrics.- Compliance & Safety- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other regulations.Qualifications & Skills- Experience: 7–12 years in F&B, cloud kitchen, QSR, or hospitality operations.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.- Skills: Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.
