Tech Consulting is a leading provider of technology solutions and services, connecting exceptional software professionals with leading companies. We are seeking a talented and motivated Accounting Manager to join our growing team and help us deliver on our promise of connecting the right talent with the right projects.


Essential Responsibilities and Duties

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including processing payroll, invoicing, and handling other financial transactions to ensure smooth financial workflow.

Generate invoices based on client-approved timesheets and proactively communicate with clients regarding any invoice discrepancies or issues to ensure timely payment.

Post incoming payments in the accounting system to maintain accurate AR records and assist in timely collection efforts.

Perform monthly bank statement reconciliations for all operational bank accounts to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.

Collect and track project hours for active projects to prepare for bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for employees.

Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reports, providing insights into financial performance and key metrics to support decision-making.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting

5+ years of relevant work experience, specifically in US/UK Billing and Payroll process

Experience working with mid-sized organizations, preferably those with subsidiaries and a workforce of over 300 employees

High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in ever-changing environments.

Outstanding written/verbal communication skills

Goal-driven, focused, independent worker, and “can-do” attitude

  • Possess intermediate level of MS Excel skills, proficient in QuickBooks and Xero.
