Role: Application Consultant Kronos: Job Description: Consulting and implementing Kronos Workforce Central solutions. Developing solutions using the Kronos workforce management software that meets customer requirements. Facilitating workshops to identify requirements, documenting the requirements and developing prototypes to use to confirm requirements back to the customer. Assisting the customer with testing, understanding the solution and hand holding (application orientation) during handover of the system. Consulting customers on system configuration, industry specific features and system Communicating with customers in a timely, professional manner and escalating issues to the processes and procedures. Project Manager as necessary. Qualification: In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills, attributes, and experience: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 3-5 years experience in implementing Kronos Workforce Timekeeper and Kronos Workforce Advanced Accruals. Experience in implementing Kronos Workforce Advanced Scheduling, Workforce Activities, Workforce Absence Management, Workforce Analytics would be an added advantage. Excellent technical understanding of Operating Systems, networking technologies, software applications and communication protocols. Must be a self-starter and willing to work independently without daily supervision. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
