Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical expertise.
- Ensure the team follows best practices and industry standards in ReactJS development.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and QA engineers, to ensure seamless integration of front-end components.
- Architect, design, and develop high-quality, responsive, and scalable ReactJS applications.
- Implement and maintain state management solutions such as Redux or Context API.
- Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks.
- Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and pair programming.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Provide solutions to optimize application performance and user experience.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all front-end code, including design patterns, best practices, and technical specifications.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to gather requirements and provide updates.
Minimum Requirements :
- Must have 6 years of experience in Frontend development.
- Must have 6+ year experience in React JS.
- End-to-end experience in software development lifecycle and familiar with agile methodologies
- Technical documentation, design and development using tools and technologies like HTML5, JAVA and React JS etc.
- Experience in React JS and JavaScript
- The candidate must be able to create prototypes and graphical templates in HTML/CSS.
- Must have : Good Experience on Bootstrap and Angular 4 & above.
- Strong in single page application development.

Qualifications :
- B Tech/B.SC (IT/ CS) or BCA/BBA with MBA preferred
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computers / Electronics
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (B.Tech/B.SC (IT/CS) or BCA/BBA with MBA preferred).
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Computers/Electronics.
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on ReactJS.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Strong understanding of front-end build tools and processes (Babel, Webpack, NPM).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
