Responsibilities 

  • Website Strategy and Management: Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Fuse Capital website to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and support business goals.
  • SEO Optimization: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Website Operations and Enhancements : Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring timely updates and continuous improvements in functionality and performance.
  • UI/UX Best Practices: Ensure the website follows best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, creating an intuitive and engaging experience for visitors.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Design and build conversion rate optimised web pages to maximise lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Analytics and Insights: Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to integrate website and SEO  strategies with customer relationship management, optimising user experience  and lead generation. 
  • Hands-on experience in building CRO web pages. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple  projects.
