We are seeking an experienced Lead Consultant with a strong background in Cypress to lead our Project/Team/Consulting Practice and drive excellence in end-to-end software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing automated testing solutions, a deep understanding of test frameworks, and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

Responsibilities• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress to ensure high-quality softwaredelivery.• Analyse test results, identify defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.• Continuously improve the test automation framework and processes to enhance test coverage andefficiency.• Lead and oversee the development and execution of automated test strategies using Cypress.• Define and implement best practices for test automation and quality assurance processes.• Collaborate with clients to understand their testing needs and provide strategic recommendations.• Mentor and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance teamenvironment.

QualificationsMinimum qualifications we seek in you• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.• Proven experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Cypress.• In-depth knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, including BDD/TDD.Preferred qualifications▪ Banking / Capital Markets domain experience.▪ Good Communication and leadership skills.▪ Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple taskssimultaneously.▪ Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.
