About the Role As a Lifestyle Concierge , you will be the trusted advisor for ultra-high-net-worth and high-profile customers, delivering world-class service through phone, email, and chat. You’ll handle lifestyle and travel requests with care, creativity, and attention to detail — turning everyday moments into extraordinary experiences. Key Responsibilities Handle and fulfill customer requests across travel, dining, entertainment, shopping, and lifestyle services. Communicate promptly and professionally through multiple channels. Build trusted relationships by understanding customer preferences and anticipating needs. Represent client brands with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion. Research, recommend, and book experiences using internal and external resources. Apply sound judgment when handling sensitive or escalated situations. Maintain accurate and timely records in company systems. What We’re Looking For Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury concierge, customer service, hospitality, travel, tourism, or related fields. Strong communication skills — fluent in English and Hindi (both written and spoken). Excellent knowledge of global destinations, dining, culture, and lifestyle trends. Service-oriented with a pleasant personality and polished presentation. Resourceful, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
