Overview: The DigitalMarketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developingimplementing and managing digital marketing campaigns to promotethe organization and its products or services. They utilize theirexpertise in current marketing trends and technologies to enhancebrand awareness drive traffic and generate leads via variousdigital channels.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and managedigital marketing campaigns
  • Optimize contentfor the website and social networkingchannels
  • Conduct market research and analyzeconsumer behavior
  • Create and manage emailmarketing campaigns
  • Measure and reportperformance of all digital marketingcampaigns
  • Identify trends and insights tooptimize spend and performance
  • Collaborate withinternal teams to create landing pages and optimize userexperience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability toevaluate endtoend customer experience
  • Monitorcompetition and provide suggestions forimprovement
  • Brainstorm new and creative growthstrategies
  • Plan execute and measure experimentsand conversion tests
  • Collaborate with agenciesand other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emergingtechnologies and provide thought leadership and perspective foradoption where appropriate
  • Attend events andconferences to stay uptodate with the latest digital marketingtrends
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and bestpractices in online marketing andmeasurement
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inMarketing or relevant field
  • Proven workexperience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrableexperience leading and managing SEO/SEM marketing database emailsocial media and/or display advertisingcampaigns
  • Highly creative with experience inidentifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns thatengage inform and motivate
  • Experience inoptimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solidknowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experiencein setting up and optimizing Google Adwordscampaigns
  • Strong analytical skills anddatadriven thinking
  • Uptodate with the latesttrends and best practices in online marketing andmeasurement
  • Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects and prioritize taskseffectively
  • Detailoriented with the ability towork in a fastpaced environment
  • Team playerwith a proactive and positiveattitude
  • Certification in Google AnalyticsGoogle AdWords or related certifications is aplus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and AdobeCreative Suite
  • Experience with A/B andmultivariateexperiments
