We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Front Office and Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative and clerical functions of our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient office operations. This role is crucial for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front office, including greeting and assisting visitors, and handling incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Draft, proofread, and respond to emails and other correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with vendors for supplies, services, and maintenance.
  • Fix and manage telephone appointments and meetings for chamber members.
  • Assist with the onboarding and administrative process for new member joiners.
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and contact lists.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
