Job Description :


- Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability requirements

- Collaborate with product managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Craft detailed low-level designs, develop, and maintain features and functionalities using efficient and reusable code

- Drive the development and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions

- Design and implement data models, databases, and data processing components, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and reliability

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support seamless integration with other services and external applications. Ensure API security, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for features and data-driven functionalities

- Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring optimal speed and responsiveness of the application

- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines

- Empower teams through mentorship, fostering ownership and innovation to deliver impactful and cutting-edge technological solutions that drive success

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to current and future projects

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance development processes

- Bridge the communication gap by conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and understandably

- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of experience.

- Proven experience as a Developer, with a specialized focus on low-level and high-level design for enterprise-level applications.

- Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, SQL databases, Kafka, and related technologies.

- Mentorship experience, fostering team ownership and driving innovation for impactful technology solutions.

- Strong expertise in microservices, RESTful API development, event-driven architectures, and integration.

- Experience in data-driven application development and comprehensive database design.

- Solid understanding of software development best practices, design patterns, and object-oriented principles.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile development environment.

- Preferable experience in SaaS-based application development.

- Passion for staying current with industry trends and advancements
