Job Description:

Role: We're looking for a Graphic & Motion Designer with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for crafting visually compelling, high-converting digital experiences. From static landing pages to dynamic video campaigns, you'll be the creative force behind our marketing and brand storytelling. This role blends graphic design expertise with motion design skills to deliver standout assets across channels.

Responsibilities:

• Web & Marketing Design: Create visually engaging landing pages in Figma—optimized for conversion, usability, and visual appeal.
• Brand & Campaign Assets: Design and manage marketing visuals across formats—ads (Google & Meta), social media creatives, email, presentations, and web graphics.
• Motion Design: Produce short-form videos, animations, and motion graphics for product marketing, social campaigns, and brand storytelling.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing, product, and content teams to bring campaigns and concepts to life.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve design systems, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across static and motion assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic, visual, or motion design, ideally in digital-first or performance-driven contexts.
• Advanced Figma skills plus strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• A portfolio showcasing a mix of static design (landing pages, campaigns, branding) and motion/animation work.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and animation principles.
• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for multi-channel performance campaigns.
• Familiarity with 3D tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema4D) or interactive design.
• Understanding of growth marketing principles and data-driven creative testing.
