Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, Soft Bank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for preparation, reporting & finalization of financial statementsResponsible for audits, controls and compliances (including tax) with regards to the legal entitiesResponsible for monthly book closing (includes BRS, invoice booking, accruals, capitalization, etc)Responsible for monthly MIS & ReportingsResponsible for Budgetary planning & controlsCash Flow & Banking system management including Bank paymentsCoordinate & support multiple teams & stakeholders Support in preparation of consolidated financial statement of the GroupTeam Management and developmentSupport on Process excellence, ERP & AutomationsSkills and Qualification Required:Qualified Chartered Accountant with 9 to 12 years of experience post qualification, in a corporate environment, preferably with global exposure.Experience in start-ups which have achieved scale, working in technology enabled space is a plus.Demonstrated ability to handle coordination with multiple internal / external teams.Should have worked alongside the Big 4 audit firms for closing books of accounts / statutory audits.Excellent working skills of MS – office (word, excel, Power Point).Knowledge of ERP environment (specifically SAP, COUPA, Darwin Box), Experience of automation & transition of processes will be an added plus.
