Role Overview

We are seeking a Survey Designer with proven expertise in SurveyMonkey programming and survey design. The role involves end-to-end ownership of survey creation, programming, testing, and optimization. While SurveyMonkey is mandatory, experience with other survey programming platforms and tools will be considered a strong advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program and design surveys using SurveyMonkey with advanced logic, branching, and customization.
  • Collaborate with research teams to translate business objectives into clear, concise, and engaging survey questionnaires.
  • Ensure surveys are optimized for accuracy, usability, and device compatibility (desktop, mobile, tablet).
  • Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to maintain data integrity.
  • Manage survey deployment and monitor live surveys for any issues.
  • Apply best practices in survey design to maximize response quality and participant experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging survey tools, scripting languages, and programming techniques.


Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in SurveyMonkey programming (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of survey design principles and questionnaire structuring.
  • Experience with other survey platforms (e.g., Qualtrics, Decipher, Confirmit, Alchemer, QuestionPro) preferred.
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, Python, etc.) is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot logic/technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, statistics, social sciences, or a related field preferred.
