Responsibilities:
  • BackendDevelopment:

  • Collaborate with frontend developers tointegrate userfacing elements with serversidelogic.
  • Implement serverside logic and datastoragesolutions.
  • DatabaseManagement:
  • Designand maintain database architecture ensuring data consistency andintegrity.
  • Optimize database queries forperformance and scalability.
  • Implement datasecurity and accesscontrols.
  • APIDevelopment:
  • Developand maintain RESTful APIs to facilitate smooth communicationbetween frontend and backend systems.
  • Integratethirdparty APIs asneeded.
  • SystemArchitecture:
  • Contributeto the design and architecture of scalable and reliable backendsystems.
  • Identify and address performancebottlenecks security issues and systemlimitations.
  • TestingandDebugging:
  • Writeunit tests and conduct thorough debugging to ensure the reliabilityand security of backend systems.
  • Collaboratewith QA teams to identify and resolveissues.
  • Collaboration:
  • Workclosely with crossfunctional teams including frontend developersUI/UX designers and productmanagers.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams toensure seamless deployment and monitoring of backendservices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a relatedfield.
  • X years of proven experience as aBackend Developer.
  • Proficient in backendprogramming languages such as Java Python orNode.js.
  • Experience with database managementsystems (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB).
  • Strongunderstanding of RESTful API development andintegration.
  • Familiarity with version controlsystems (e.g. Git).
  • Solid understanding ofsoftware development bestpractices.
PreferredQualifications:
  • Mastersdegree in Computer Science or a relatedfield.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g.AWS Azure Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge ofcontainerization and orchestration tools (e.g. DockerKubernetes).
  • Familiarity with microservicesarchitecture.
