Job Description

Requirements
  • 8 to 10 years of extensive functional consulting expertise within SAP Finance Business Applications, with involvement in multiple end-to-end implementations spanning from blueprinting and realization to go-live and production support. Previous roles must have included Project Lead or Functional Lead responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in configuration and training across various modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Electronic Bank Statement (EBS), Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Profitability Analysis, and Actual Costing. Additionally, experienced in configuring SAP FIORI Apps for both IOS and Android devices.
  • Desirable to possess reasonable experience in Fund Management, Treasury Management, and knowledge of Finance Supply Chain Management.
  • Preference for exposure to S/4 HANA Finance application solutions, particularly focusing on S/4 HANA Finance (Versions 1809 & 1909), and Process Integration aspects of SAP, aiming to deliver innovation and business value on the latest SAP HANA platform.
  • Responsibilities encompass business and system solution ownership, methodological documentation, module configuration, integration processes, workshop facilitation, user training, and ongoing support throughout projects.
  • Experience in handling process integration modules such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (RTR), and Order-to-Cash (OTC).
  • Basic working knowledge preferred in CO Cost Element/Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Proficiency in workflows, reports, conversions, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF).
  • Collaborative experience with onsite, onshore, and offshore resources within an integrated team structure.
  • Desirable in-depth knowledge and implementation exposure to taxes and duties such as GST, service taxes, and WHT.
  • Thrives in a dynamic startup environment, fostering creativity in problem-solving and effectively engaging with client partners, C-suite leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive "CAN-DO" attitude, showcasing adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of leading teams from the front.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in team management.
  • ERP System: ECC 6.0
  • SAP S/4 HANA: Basic understanding of SAP S/4 HANA Finance configuration in the latest HANA releases.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP Financial modules: General Ledger/New General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Banking, Special Purpose Ledger, Funds Management, Sales and Distribution, Material Management, and Material Ledger.
  • Basic working knowledge of Controlling modules: Cost Element/Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
  • Applications: Proficient in MS Visio, MS Access, MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's in Commerce/Cost Accounting/Chartered Accountancy with 2-3 years of domain function experience.
