Role Overview

We are seeking a
Network & Security Systems Engineer
with
3–4 years of experience in passive networking (LAN cabling, fiber, Wi-Fi, CCTV) and presales.
The ideal candidate will be able to
design and oversee implementations, guide technicians, engage with clients, and ensure smooth execution of projects
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, plan, and supervise LAN/WAN cabling, fiber optic, Wi-Fi, and CCTV deployments
  • Conduct site surveys, analyze customer requirements, and prepare presales solutions
  • Lead and provide technical guidance to installation/implementation teams
  • Ensure proper design and implementation of CCTV and security systems
  • Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, updates, and timely delivery
  • Maintain documentation of solutions, technical designs, and project progress

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Communications / Electronics / IT (or Diploma with strong experience)
  • 3–4 years' proven experience in passive networking & security systems
  • Strong knowledge of structured cabling, fiber optics, LAN design, and CCTV solutions
  • Ability to lead teams and mentor technicians
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Language Skills

  • English: Proficient (Required)
  • Kannada: Conversational (Preferred)
  • Hindi: Conversational (Preferred)
