  • Financial reporting and analysis experience
  • Understanding of the financial close cycle and related best practices
  • Experience with foreign currency translation and the effect of currency translation on the financial statements
  • Understanding of joint ventures, direct and indirect ownership structures and equity pickup
  • Good implementation experience on Multi GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and Multi currency applications
  • Good understanding of intercompany elimination, consolidation adjustments, ownership accounting
  • Ability to design metadata, configure security and write business rules
  • Good understanding of Smart View and FR (Financial Reporting)
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Self-motivated and self-directed abilities to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment with "time-critical" deadlines
  • Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
