Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Docusign Developer/Architect who will be primary driver of Docusign CLM Architecture and development.

As a Salesforce Developer specializing in DocuSign CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), your role is crucial in designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions that leverage the integration between Salesforce CRM and DocuSign CLM to enhance contract management processes

This is an end user facing role, so the candidate must be both confident and highly capable communicating for numerous stakeholders on calls and video, building relationships and trust. Understanding business process and desired outcomes is critical in ensuring the technical solution is correct.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Solution Design : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that address their contract management needs using Salesforce CRM and DocuSign CLM. Translate business requirements into technical designs, considering factors such as data models, workflow automation, user interfaces, and integration points.

Custom Development : Develop custom functionalities, components, and integrations within the Salesforce platform to extend its capabilities and integrate seamlessly with DocuSign CLM. This may involve developing Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, triggers, and other customizations to meet specific business requirements.

Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between Salesforce CRM and DocuSign CLM to enable bi-directional data synchronization, streamline contract creation and negotiation processes, and facilitate seamless document generation and e-signature workflows. Leverage integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms to achieve smooth data exchange between systems.

Automation and Workflow Configuration : Configure workflow rules, process builder flows, and automation scripts within Salesforce CRM to automate contract management tasks, such as contract creation, approval routing, renewal notifications, and contract status updates. Implement business logic to enforce compliance rules, validation checks, and approval workflows as per organizational policies.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Develop and execute test plans, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of custom Salesforce solutions and integrations with DocuSign CLM. Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address any defects or issues in the software.

Deployment and Release Management : Manage the deployment process for Salesforce customizations and integrations, following best practices for version control, change management, and release planning. Coordinate with system administrators and release managers to schedule and execute deployments in various environments, such as sandbox and production.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document technical designs, implementation details, and configuration settings for custom Salesforce solutions and integrations with DocuSign CLM. Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to enable end-users and other team members to understand and utilize the developed functionalities effectively.

Continuous Learning and Improvement : Stay updated on the latest developments, best practices, and trends in Salesforce development, DocuSign CLM, and related technologies. Participate in training programs, certifications, and community forums to enhance your skills and expand your knowledge in contract management and software development domains.

Support & Troubleshooting: Support the Salesforce Admins and/or End users directly in troubleshooting Docusign related issues.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional Salesforce Administration experience
• Minimum 3+ years of professional Docusign CLM experience
• Salesforce Administrator certification
• Strong technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administration tasks including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email alerts, advanced formulas, custom objects, reports, dashboards, page layouts, record types, Lightning pages and installed packages
• Strong experience with designing and maintaining data structure and schema
• Experience using DevOps software such as Gearset or Capado is ideal but not essential
• Strong experience with data manipulation and maintenance with Excel, Data Loader and other tools
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce & SOQL is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning
• Experience analyzing and documenting requirements, processes and/or policies
• Having an operational mindset with a desire to do operations
• Experience training individuals, groups, and first-time Salesforce users
• A focus on strategic improvements and the business impact of contributions beyond tactical needs and activities
• Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels within the organization as well as collaborate with cross-functional business partners and technical teams.
