Responsibilities :

  • Lead and mentor a team of MERN Stack Developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers, to deliver successful projects.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
