Our SEO Manager will lead our content team by optimizing and maintaining our content production cycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, with a proven track record in improving organic performance and effectively engaging users. Google Analytics, Search Console, and backlink building experience is a must. This person must have strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for growth.
Qualifications
●       5 + years SEO experience either in-house or in an agency environment (Banking/finance/Insurance a must)
●       Familiarity with paid and non-paid search tools; Google Trends, Semrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and more
●       Solid understanding and work experience in content writing and SEO keyword research
●       Exceptional organizational and project management skills, superior attention to detail
●       A self-starter with a passion for SEO, who is comfortable with rapidly evolving expectations, is ready to adapt quickly, and able to work independently
●       Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal and written English)
●       Energetic, "can do" attitude and passionate about growth
Responsibilities
·      Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO-driven content strategy aligned with goals and target audience.
·      Identify opportunities for traffic growth via on-site efforts such as site structure improvements, performance optimization, new page features, schema enhancements, internal linking strategy, crawlability, keyword cannibalization, and gap identification
·      Identify key themes, topics, and keywords relevant to the insurance technology industry.
·      Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-potential and relevant search terms in the Insurtech space.
·      Own the development and execution of a technical SEO roadmap
·      Partner with Product and Engineering and participate in scoping, design and delivery of technical SEO projects
·      Execute technical audits, content audits, competitive analysis, and traffic performance analysis on an ongoing basis to identify areas for improvement
·      Identify innovative SEO opportunities to improve overall crawlability and user experience at both the site level and page level.
·      Identify and troubleshoot technical issues that may impact website performance and search engine rankings, such as broken links or slow loading times
·      Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for organic search rankings in comparison to other websites and competitors
·      Implement on-page optimization strategies such as meta tags, header tags, and internal linking.
·      Develop and execute off-page SEO initiatives, including link-building campaigns and partnerships.
·      Conduct regular keyword research and content gap analysis to identify high traffic potential article ideas
·      Develop performance dashboard and analytics metrics and KPIs; deliver project analysis, monthly recaps, and other routine reports.
·      Monitor and build reporting for SEO traffic and keyword ranking performance.
Leverage AI-generative tools and automation to streamline SEO workflows and accelerate output.
·      Creating Standard Operating Procedures to document current and new processes.
·      Stay on top of key trends, algo updates, and the latest best practices around Helpful Content, E-E-A-T, and Google SGE and help the team prepare for upcoming changes
·      Utilize analytics tools to monitor the performance of content, track key SEO metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
