The role involves managing all aspects of franchise development, including lead generation, identifying potential franchise partners, and executing franchise sales. The person in this role will design business plans, provide training and support to franchisees, and ensure proper alignment with Ele Fant's brand objectives. They will also collaborate with internal teams to drive operational excellence and uphold the company's vision.QualificationsProven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising with a results-oriented approachStrong skills in Business Planning and Lead GenerationExpertise in Training and development of franchise partnersExcellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related fieldExperience within the toy or education industry is an added advantage
