Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Clinical Application Specialist. The Clinical Application Specialist will support the launch, execution, and optimization of clinical applications for MedTech products. Responsibilities include providing training and support to healthcare professionals, developing and delivering application solutions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the product development team to improve usability and functionality. The role involves regular travel to healthcare facilities to ensure effective implementation of technologies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical applications and healthcare technology implementation
  • Strong training and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and point-of-care solutions
  • Capability to travel regularly to various healthcare facilities
  • Degree in a related field such as Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Informatics, or a relevant healthcare discipline
  • Experience in gastroenterology or diagnostic laboratories is a plus
