Job Summary:

We are seeking a Dataiku Specialist with 4-8 years of experience in Dataiku, SQL and data analysis, who will play a key role in leveraging the Dataiku platform to create end-to-end data science workflows, develop machine learning models, and manage data pipelines. As part of our data team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and automated data solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the company's ability to extract actionable insights from data and drive data-driven decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Exploration: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and patterns that provide business value, using Dataiku for data wrangling, exploration, and visualization.
  • Data Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain end-to-end data pipelines on the Dataiku platform, including ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load) for automated data flows from multiple sources.
  • Machine Learning & Model Building: Create, train, and deploy machine learning models in Dataiku for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and forecasting tasks.
  • Model Deployment & Monitoring: Automate the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and continuously monitored.
  • Automation & Optimization: Leverage Dataiku to automate data preparation, analysis, and reporting processes, streamlining workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, security, and quality of data by following best practices for data governance and compliance within Dataiku.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Document workflows, methodologies, and model outcomes to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Dataiku Integration: Integrate Dataiku with other tools and systems such as cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), APIs, and databases to ensure seamless data operations.


Requirements:

Experience:

  •  Proven experience working with Dataiku for data processing, model development, and automation of workflows.
  •  Strong experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
  •  Experience building and deploying machine learning models (supervised and unsupervised).
  •  Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  •  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  •  Hands-on experience with SQL and querying relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  •  Experience with version control tools like Git.

Skills:

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  •  Ability to work with large, complex datasets and turn them into actionable insights.
  •  Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  •  Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Dataiku’s built-in visualization tools.
  •  Experience with data integration, working with APIs, flat files, and other data sources.

Preferred:

  •  Familiarity with advanced data science topics, including deep learning or natural language processing (NLP).
  •  Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) or orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow).
  •  Experience with data streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka, Spark Streaming).
  •  Familiarity with data governance frameworks and practices.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
