CAD Designer HydrologyEssential Skills and Knowledge:·Bachelor's or Certifications Minimum 2 year degree in ITI·Two to three years of related professional experience utilizing CAD software·Strong organizational skills·Excellent attention to detail·Ability to think in a three-dimensional manner·Ability to manage multiple tasks involving complex and varying problems·Strong verbal and written communication skills·Proven attention to detail·Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamResponsibilities:·Ability to manage priorities and take on additional evolving responsibilities.·Complete assigned tasks on agreed quality, time and adhere to L&T quality proceduresProfile Qualification:·Bachelors / Diploma in Civil Engineering.·Minimum of 5-year experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla structures. Should be conversant with design softwares like WaterGems, Epanet, SewerCad, Storm Cad/ Civil Storm etc.·Minimum of 5 years’ experience in water supply/ sewerage/ drainage detailing, preferably from Consultancy firms like TCE, STUP, AECOM etc.·Experience with 2D and 3D modeling in the field of civil/structural engineering and Infrastructure projects·Experience in Quantity scheduling, attribution, 2D drawings extraction from 3D model.·Perform internal check to the discipline models.·High proficient in Autodesk Revit. Knowledge in other Autodesk products like Navisworks, Civil 3D, Plant 3D and Infraworks is preferable.·Must have an in-depth working knowledge of current CAD & BIM versions.·Working knowledge and proficiency with the following: Collaboration and data management solutions: BIM 360, Navisworks, 3D/BIM-enabled quantity take off and BIM-enabled estimating tools.·Knowledge of industry standards, workflows, data formats and inter-operability techniques.·CAD skills in the workplace : Offer to lead, Volunteer for projects, Provide your input, Ask for feedback
