Business Development Manager

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve corporate growth objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their logistics requirements and providing tailored solutions.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their future needs and develop long-term partnerships.
Drive sales activities to meet or exceed revenue targets, including prospecting, lead qualification, and contract negotiations.
Foster relationships with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and regulatory bodies..
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the logistics industry.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, freight forwarding, supply chain management, and related services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
