What will you do

We are seeking for a Linux Administrator, who will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the infrastructure of our crucial client site,

Job responsibilities:

· Attend issues raised by L2 or L3 resources and system team

· Log analysis, bug identification and escalation to offshore team for resolution,

· Customer complaints analysis and response,

· Merchant support- data analysis, query resolution and reconciliation support,

· Support bank's other requirement related to MBS, IMPS and UPI switch,

· Environment mapping,

· Integration coordination with various department and vendors,

· Solve development related issues,

· UAT support,

· Post Go-live support,

· Quick fixes required at property level,

· Production issues resolution,

· Coordination with various department for development, requirement, and sign-off.

Roles of resource may change as per the requirements. However, it will be around the systems.

What are we looking for:

· To provide response to technical issues encountered around application.

· To provide technical inputs for troubleshooting the issues to L2 team.

· To coordinate with any other support or dependency groups in bank in case the issue has any linkage,

· To provide guidance and resolve technical incidents escalated by bank,

· To co-ordinate with L2 and L3 team for technical understanding and resolution. Co-ordinate with bank team for issue resolution,

· Deployment support to DCM team,

· To Maintain track of incidents related to technical support,

· To Provide inputs for RCA and other documents.

· Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.

· Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.

· Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.

Education Qualification - B.Com - Other Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Electronics/Telecommunication, Computers, MCA - Computers, M.Tech - Computers

Experience - Total Experience: 2 to 6 years,

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement – As per Roaster & Client Schedule.

Location – Bangalore
