We're Hiring: Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate)

Apna Ghar Realty Housing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a
dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive
to join our team in Lucknow. We are a fast-growing
real estate channel partner company
helping clients find their dream homes and investment opportunities.

Your Role:

  • Manage and grow our
    social media presence
    (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Design and create
    engaging creatives, reels, and ad campaigns
    for property listings & branding
  • Run
    paid ad campaigns
    (Facebook, Instagram, Google) to generate qualified real estate leads
  • Monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and optimize for better results
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with
    business goals
  • Research market trends and competitors to keep our marketing ahead of the curve
  • Maintain consistency of
    brand voice and design
    across all digital platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior experience in
    digital marketing / social media management
    (real estate knowledge is a plus)
  • Proficiency in
    Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools
  • Hands-on experience with
    Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Strong creativity, storytelling, and content-writing skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Highly motivated with a passion for real estate marketing
