Roles & Responsibilities Realizes quality control operations for product / component with application of technical knowledge to ensure compliance with specifications & / or engineering drawings Develops and implements quality process control plans, design & implement Inspection Gauges, other inspection aids Analysis of Line Rejection, Supplier Rejection and take corrective action SOP audits - Compliance to audit plan and ensure corrective actions Improvement projects on chronic problem Functional Competencies Understanding & knowledge of Quality Function Knowledge & experience in manufacturing processes like presswork, machining, moulding, assembly, etc. Understanding of System Standards - ISO: Understanding & hands-on experience of analysis tools such as 7 QC tools, QC Story / six sigma problem solving methodology, PFMEA Usage of SAP Functionality - QM & MM module, MS Office Location: Ahmednagar (ASW Plant) Qualifications Education Details: Diploma/ B.E/ B.Tech - Electrical/ Mechanical with 2-7 Years of Experience Location: Ahmednagar (ASW Plant) Schedule: Full-time Req: V9H
