About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and bookkeeping. This role involves assisting senior accountants, maintaining financial records, and supporting daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accuracy in records.
  • Assist in preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Record and reconcile invoices, receipts, and payments.

Taxation & Compliance

  • Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
  • Support in maintaining audit-ready financial documents.

Financial Operations

  • Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash transactions.
  • Support payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Team Support

  • Work closely with the senior accountant and finance team.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial data collection.
  • Assist in financial analysis and budgeting activities as required.

Key Requirements

  • Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent.
  • Experience: Fresher to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and taxation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software like Tally / QuickBooks / SAP.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
