What can I expect from this role? Posha is one of the rare startups building cutting-edge deep tech consumer robotic products from India for the world, solving for everyday eating. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and product design - owning the roadmap, managing cross-functional execution, and ensuring every product detail meets performance, cost, and quality expectations. What will my work responsibilities look like if I join Posha? In this role - you would: Hardware roadmap ownership: Own the end-to-end product roadmap for hardware, ensuring alignment with company goals and product requirements. Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with mechanical, electronics, systems, and firmware teams, acting as the single point of contact for hardware deliverables. Manufacturing readiness: Work closely with production, sourcing, and contract manufacturers to ensure designs are production-ready, cost-effective, and scalable. Issue resolution and iteration: Lead the effort to troubleshoot, prioritize, and resolve issues across development and manufacturing - balancing speed, quality, and reliability. Program tracking and delivery: Track progress against milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time hardware delivery through structured execution and clear communication. User and product focus: Maintain a clear understanding of user needs and product goals, ensuring that hardware decisions enhance the end product experience.
